This is a beautiful park to take a walk/run at any time of the day. You could also watch the sunrise -Beautiful! Weekends are usually better as it's packed with loads of sports loving individuals playing together. There's soccer, tennis, cycling, dog-walking, and plenty space for walks.
This could be a great park as it once was but now although the park itself is very picturesque, it’s also quite seedy. I wouldn’t feel safe wandering around here in the daytime and especially at night. It’s a shame.
Large area, certainly enough space for sports or dog-walking. Also a few playgrounds for young children. Much better when the fair shows up or during the festival
Huge park in the center of the city! I have a walk on a daily basis. I full round walking is around 5500 steps.
It's OK, good coffee shop off park near basketball courts Playground: Football, swings/slides and obstacles. Dog-friendliness: Good park for dog walking
Good open space, can walk around it easy. Some tennis courts and a play area for kids. Grass well kept and free parking around a few sides of the park.
The broken glass in the car park was a bit worrying but otherwise good. Lots of football matches going on and areas for kids to play. The pavillion was not being used at all which was a little odd
It is just an amazing area designed for entertainment. Clean environment makes it more perfect for people of all ages to come and enjoy their leaisure time here. I personally find it interesting and a very charming place to bring kids to enjoy their time in this large area.
Great place to bring the kids or walk the dog when ever the fireworks are on like tonight they have plenty of food stalls and fun fair rides for all ages. Live music great atmosphere clean and tidy
One of the biggest urban, open/sport spaces in Europe. Super for all open air activities. The UFO has a cafe in the Racecourse Pavilion and there are loos.
