The Queens

About

Sit back & relax in ornate Victorian surroundings......hide away in our garden oasis or share a whole roast chicken & bottle of red on a sunday afternoon. The Queens is your regal home from home!

Story

This lovely ornate Victorian pub was originally built as a hotel, just down the road from the Clock Tower in the middle of Crouch End. It has two lovely rooms, the big bar with its central counter, and the dining room with its wonderfully ornate ceiling and open kitchen. In addition, it has an oasis of a garden at the back (heated in winter) which is probably Crouch End's best- kept secret.

The Queens serves fantastically well- kept beers and ales, as well a long list of wines by the bottle and glass. The food is delicious: fresh, seasonal and constantly changing. In keeping with our fervent wish to provide good value as well as exceptional quality, there is a weekday £5 Lunch, with daily-changing dishes but always fish & chips, in addition to the longer daily lunch and dinner menus.

I love this pub. Such a gorgeous location and a great food and drink selection, typical of a Young's Pub. Can't wait to go back soon x
A very pleasant pint in this Young's pub, on Regent's Park road. All very relaxed and pleasant. Staff lovely and helpful. Good variety of beer on offer. A good place to drink!
Solid Young’s pub, the beef roast was actually delicious, as was the sticky toffee pudding. Had a great Sunday dinner here with family. The only issue I would say is the toilets were pretty disgusting and it ruined it slightly as we were with older and pregnant family members.
Wonderful experience. Visited on a rainy Wednesday evening and the food and staff were fantastic. Also the ladies working were ensuring social distancing between customers which was great to see. Will definitely return.
Holy heck this was fantastic. I will definitely be back here soon. This place just radiates good vibes. They also nailed corona prevention practises. Good job Queens!
Great place for an after-work drink, brilliant if you don't want to sit inside at the moment, apart from only having a few tables covered so if it rains there isn't much space to stay dry
Kind and courteous staff. Unfortunately none of the people handling food wore a mask. Pity x it was one of my favorite spots in Primrose Hill
Tired of running in the park and need to booze off or want to grab a bite? This is a really nice cozy pub and - to my surprise - probably has the best brunch menu in the area not available on Sundays though. In particular, the steak one was excellent! Nice little balcony on the top perfect for a sunny day!
One of North London’s most charming pubs. Great atmosphere, good food & fabulous service.
