I attended a beginners course in Islamic Art. Focused on floral illumination, calligraphy and geometry classes filled the day. Excellent tutors and a wonderful space to learn in. Learnt. A lot and enjoyed every minute. Have found out the conduct an number of short courses in  an extensive range and styles of traditional art firm... and an MA 2 year course...what a great find and great experience.

Just did a gilding course with Christabel. Amazing teacher guiding me as a beginner to gild with success. This is my second time attending short course with PSTA. I will definitely enroll to my next short course when visiting London again.

I've completed five week long classes in geometry and pigment making. Absolutely love it.

Not for all abilities as they say.  I had a bad experience in their short courses. They say they welcome beginners.  It isn't the case especially in byzantine art, unless skilled.

There are many five day courses to choose from
