Great pub, fantastic selection of ales and really good food, with everything being gluten free, although you wouldn't know it. Had the jerk ribs and they were the best I've ever had. Dawn had the lamb pie and again, up there with the best, whether gluten free or not. Definitely worth a walk back over the hill if in Brighton.

If only more local pubs were as good as the Prestonville - at doing what a good local pub should do. If you ignore the award winning and regularly outstanding eats their GF kitchen turns up (it's always a treat and a delight to go eat there and their food is so very well priced for the quality) The landlord Dan and his team make every one welcome and always ensures that you're looked after. Happy to help and often go out of their way to be fine publicans and hosts. A fine hostelry - and I'm jolly glad its a short walk home after a couple of decent pints an a plate of something noteworthy on my palette.

It's our local. Gluten Free food by default and a menu that makes you feel normal?! Mate that's not easy to come by. Great staff, good ales on tap, great food - what more do you want?

Best pub in the history of the universe. Amazing staff and lovely chef who gave us free treats on Valentine's Day and again a week later. Also love that loads of people bring their tiny dogs here
