Story

Years ago, we were just music studios with a nice little cafe attached. Now the Cafe has become so popular that some people are beginning to think The Premises is a great restaurant with studios out the back.

One of the best places to have a full English breakfast in East London. Not only the food is exquisite, but the atmosphere is amazing. The bistro is connected to a recording studio, and you'll probably spot some of your favourite artists' thank you notes on the wall.
A cute hole in wall with a friendly Turkish family owning and running the place for years. Loved the Cheese Spinach Omelette and all the extras I added to it. Great location and home to many celebrities apparently.

Super cute café, delicious food love their paninis which they make vegan if you ask and freshly pressed orange juice! The inside is super quirky with lots of signed photos of music artists, they have tables outside, in the shade and in the sun, making you feel like you're abroad. Super friendly service, definitely recommend!
Excellent service. We were really looked after despite taking liberties with the menu when choosing the all day breakfast. Highly recommend. Seems to get the sun all day long at the moment, hurry before autumn settles in.
Great breakfasts! Nice and tasty! I understand businesses are trying to recover financially at the moment, but very crowded with no real protection to and between customers for Covid.
My favourite place to come whilst I am waiting for my dog to be groomed around the corner. Extremely welcoming and caring hosts, great variety of meals and superb experience!
Take my dad every week. He loves it. Good food made to feel welcome
What a place. Really warm environment, nice touches and able to fit loads of people in despite size. Staff incredibly helpful welcoming and friendly. Good value food. Got the vegetarian breakfast but would love to try the Turkish meze.
