Been here once to grab a take-away cheese pizza for lunch. Pizza was good, kind of more American style than proper Neapolitan - which is fine, a welcome departure from what most pizza places in the area offer. At £4.95 it was certainly good value; it filled me up easily. I would come back here again for another pizza.
It was busy at lunchtime and we waited a while but the food when it arrived was Yummy. There are a choice quiches with a choice of salads. The ham and cheese quiche with herb potatoes, fennel beans with onions and beetroot were delicious and fresh.
This is a nice little cafe, is very clean, and tidy, the staff is not that friendly, but they are very attentive. The cheese cake with blueberries is absolutely tasty!. After visiting the outlet stores, pop in for a cup of tea and relax in this little cafe.
Not terribly busy when I visited on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of seating in the back but no outdoor seats. Food is pretty good, freshly prepared but is a little expensive. Good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Nice range of deserts. The staff were delightful and I was treated very well. Vegetarian options: Pretty good vegetarian options that are tasty and we'll prepared. Foods are prepared as vegetarian too, as in not cooked next to meats.
The lady that served us was not having a good day. I know this because she told us. After she refused to apologise for very slow service, telling us our food was nearly ready when it wasn't and serving customers that arrived after us first. Such a shame as the food was alright and the building was lovely. There's no excuse was impoliteness and a lack of empathy but starting with "I'm sorry" and telling the truth helps a lot.
We came here for brunch, the portions were really small and didn’t really fill us up. I had egg Benedict and it came with a side of salad which included ONLY one thin slice of tomato and one thin slice of cucumber and a tiny bit of greens.
All bakes ,cakes should be covered at all times !!! I have went twice to get a cake and both times it was not eatable. I could taste burn food in it. this is an open kitchen area and cakes are displayed without cover.Food: 1/5
Beatiful & fresh sweets and coffee! Very good and timely service ; big variety of pizzas & sandwiches are on offer as well: will deff be back for those
I stopped in for a tea whilst I waited to go to an appointment nearby. The peppermint tea was fine, can’t really go wrong with it - price was decent £1.70 for a very large cup. The service was slightly lacking - just super grumpy demeanour. I initially walked past because when I was about to enter I got the dirtiest look, but wasn’t familiar with the area so did not want to stray to far so ended up stopping in. Took it personally initially, thought it may even be racially charged but then saw she was like that with the next customer too - this customer was unhappy with her cake and the waitress eventually gave her discount but reacted poorly saying that’s how it’s meant to be, the customer I think was saying it tasted stale could be wrong she literally hadn’t left the counter yet and had a small nibble so I don’t think she was trying to scam. The waitress literally dashed it in the bin so aggressively before refunding. I must say the cakes did not look very petty though I’d been toying with the idea of getting one until I witnessed this exchange. Considering the place was a ghost town it could very much be stale I went a lunchtime and in the 30 mins I was there it was only me and the aforementioned customer If they are trying to go for Parisian shabby chic they are seriously lacking the place is literally falling apart and felt a little gross,
Good coffee, yummy hot chocolate, and great cakes. Also upon going here a second time, we can vouch for their cooked breakfasts and also smoothies :
