A nice pub. Has a pool table and darts board. Also a large beer garden and play area. There is a good size car park.

 Good place for a few drinks, food is average at best

Always good ales, four to choose from, including Landlord. Beer is invariably very good.  Home made scotch eggs worth trying.

Although the pub has stood for years it has seen better days. Service was slow and the food  was over cooked and the veg cold as insufficient heat underneath to keep warm
