Always good beer and food , well worth a visit
Lovely pub with a great selection of beers, Ciders, wines and spirits. Also offer a food menu, bar staff are friendly and talkative.
Home from home cooking. This is what I call a 'proper' Sunday dinner Every meal we have at The Piper is of the same standard No scrimping on the vegetables piping hot, tasty and brought to your table Standards are high and the food is just perfect Garth and Sue are the great hosts .

Good choice of beers and reasonable price.We had curry,probably the best we have had in a long time.But the pub was empty...sign of the times I presume.9/10 for food.9/10 for the choice of beers but 5/10 for pub atmosphere.

An absolutely lovely afternoon at The Piper. The place runs like a oiled machine and the food was absolutely delicious. They even plated up a meal for my daughter who was at home and a doggy bag! It’s like eating in someone’s front room, so Cosy and warm. We loved it and will Definitely return.
Great Food midweek , great beer the best pint in Kettering and the best Sunday Roast. Book early for Sunday roast as usually sold out it’s that good

I have been coming here for over 25 years and Garth, the landlord is an ever present too!! Brilliant service, the beers are kept excellently and the food is awesome too especially the chips!! Keep a lookout for the festival in August !!
