The shop has a great selection of everything you expect from a Pet Shop. The staff are extremely helpful.
Not a very helpful petshop if im honest. If you ever message them on facebook its far to much effort for them to help you. My sister messaged to ask if she could have a photo of the selection of leads and collars they had available as there are no photos of inside the shop their reply . Theres to many to photograph.. sorry! my sister replied that she just wanted a photo as a whole so she could zoom in to see if they had what she was after... after that the petshop didnt even bother replying. So they have now lost a customer. Talk about helpful service.
Amazing store! So many brands I did not know about, they have just about anything you could ever need for your pets. My first time visiting to buy one of the best food brands on the market - Eden. The pet shop is the only stockist of Eden in Derby and cheaper than buying the food directly from edens website! A+++
Ti's a very good pet shop well stocked
Always go there for my dog food. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful it’s just the owner/manager who is foul. Luckily she isn’t in the shop much anymore they know their stuff which cannot be said for the other pet shops in Ripley.
Got a little rabbit from them for my little girl sometimes ago , told me it is healthy and happy, dead in my 5 years daughter's arm after 3 days of purchased , it kills me to saw my daughter cried like this, it meant to be loving and a lot of caring but ....... i understand it is part of growing up but it is cruel for a 5 years old , will not go there again , it scared my daughter's childhood!!
Very good shop...wide range of products...fair prices...staff helpful and pleasant.
Love my new pets plus the ladies were super helpful and attentive. Overall a friendly service
Good pet shop. The turtle pellets we buy from here are cheaper than from the other pet shop on Oxford Street.
