What can I say about Supapet? I have never had a bad experience here other than off other customers. I have read a couple of reviews on here of this establishment and think they're entirely unjustified. My experience in life is that if you are a rude and generally unpleasant customer then you will not attain the best out of people. That said I have been witness to some noxious and abhorrently self-absorbed people in this shop and the staff have been polite and courteous back to them. I don't think I would be able to be so gracious. 
The animals all look well looked after and it's nice to see fish that swim rather than bob around like pieces of carrot due to over powered pumps. They have a great selection of accessories for fish, reptiles, birds, cats, dogs, guinea pigs and rabbits  (I'm sure there's other things too but I can't list everything ) Their prices are surprisingly competitive despite going head to head with Wilcos just opposite and the bigger pet suppliers in the area. I have been shopping here for over fourteen years and will continue to do so for as long as possible. 
Well done Supapet and the staff of Supapet. You make shopping for our little friends a very good experience indeed. Keep up the good work. (And don't listen to those bad reviews, I've looked into one and every review he has done is a negative bombardment of malice - quite clearly a social idiot with an oedipus complex.)

Good selection for small shop. Competitive prices. 
Somehow knowledgeable staff - depend who you get (Bala shark is aggressive? I bet person meant aggressive to algae)
