Story

The Pebble Bistro provides a unique setting for superb unpretentious evening meals. It’s a place that’s about the balance of life; the elements, chilling out, eating and drinking well, spoiling yourself a little, getting cosy and most of all having a good time!
Benllech beach, which is on the protected east coast of Anglesey, is literally in front of the Bistro so from the moment you arrive, the sea and the contemporary feel of the interior blends to create a natural relaxed feeling of well being.
The philosophy behind our food is simple – top quality ingredients, local produce cooked with honesty and integrity on our beautiful Aga which helps create homely yet elegant dishes.

What an incredible experience! The service was exceptional, the food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant's décor was stunning. We also had the pleasure of staying in the apartments above, which were equally impressive. We’ll definitely be returning, can't recommend it highly enough!
So lucky to have a bistro of this calibre in Benllech. Reservations recommended, allow at least one hour for a two course lunch.
Fantastic food and great value for money for the quality of food/cooking. The prawns starter was cooked particularly well and was delicious. Great that the restaurant also allows dogs in , as some in this area do not. We really liked the atmosphere here and staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely 5* well deserved!
We had a Christmas lunch 3 courses and it was all excellent. The food was cooked and presented very well... plenty of it too.nnIt was a fair price for good quality.nnA winning combination in my books. Keep it up.
Fantastic place that's dog friendly and also welcomes you in just for a drink. Staff were really nice and friendly and the food was fantastic, will definitely be back.nnThe salt and pepper chicken wings are out of this world!!!!
