What a lovely fish and chip experience. Lovely fresh haddock, crunchy chips with a soft inner. Home made tartare, and a fantastic curry sauce too. All gluten free! Added a pot of beans for fun!

Fab chippy. Beautiful fish, the batter is absolutely delicious and the chips are just lovely. It was very busy but they managed it well and always with a smile. It was so nice we went back there again the following evening. Go and enjoy them down opposite Benllech beach at sunset - just beautiful

I travel 2.5hrs just for this place. That should tell you everything you need to know.nAmazing staffnAmazing foodnAmazing gluten free menu, it's huge, vast!

Had to see if the awards and reviews were right....A bright, and clean shop. A pleasant member of staff who engaged in chit chat. Only a tiny wait for food that consisted of delicious fish in the crispiest batter, freshly cooked proper chips no soggy,  little things and a pot of curry sauce with cheeky heat! The small box meal size was just right for me, no vile feeling of being over full! Would I recommend or use again...YES!nPS ....and the spuds were local to my home

First time having  a takeaway from Finney's. First impression, it was really clean, busy, and didn't smell greasy, which I find is often when fish and chips are offered.nnSuper friendly staff, checked on ingredients for me, as I have a food allergy that isn't listed anywhere in the allergy lists. Service was quick. Steak & Kidney pudding and cod & chips & mushy peas were really tasty.nFinding the little Finney's rock candies in the take away bag made us smile.
