DO NOT RECOMMEND!nnI am completely disgusted by the conduct of the management at this facility. The pool has been closed for over two months, yet they have refused to offer any meaningful compensation for the inconvenience or the loss of a core facility included in our memberships. I have been in discussions with them for weeks, often left in the dark for extended periods with minimal communication.nnManagement has repeatedly refused to consider any financial compensation, citing the existence of other pools—despite two already being closed for refurbishment, and the closest alternative to Bromley town centre being a 39-minute bus ride away. I have raised this issue multiple times, to no avail. The manager even addressed me by the wrong name, demonstrating a clear lack of professionalism and regard for customers.nnEven when the pool is operational, it is extremely poorly maintained. Cleaning standards are unacceptable: I have frequently found plasters around the outside of the pool and floating in the water. Panty liners have been left stuck in changing cubicles. Ventilation units are caked in dust, and the floors are mopped with the same filthy mop that has clearly been in use for a considerable time.nnThe gym is in a similarly unacceptable condition — with dirty machines, missing ceiling tiles, a strobing ceiling light, a leaking air conditioning unit, a gate broken for over three months, a non-functional water fountain, and no paper towels available on a regular basis. I have attached photographic evidence of these issues.nnOverall, the facility is run down, unsanitary, and poorly managed. This is compounded by the dismissive and unprofessional way my concerns have been handled. Taken together, these issues make it abundantly clear that there is no genuine commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, or properly functioning environment for members.nnI feel wholly misled and exploited by this experience and am appalled at the lack of accountability shown by management. Based on the conditions, communication failures, and disregard for members, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone.
Nice and large pool with gradual depth. Took my son here and he loved the wave feature. We've come back for a play session in the soft play area and may I day he loved it. The play area is large itself with plenty things for him to do. The staff have been lovely in the cafe area. Ive not tried the bowling area yet but it looks fun. I will be coming back to play again.
Visited for the spin class session late evening on weekdays. Easy sign board carpark on entrance. Nice lounge and clean area. Walked past the gym space and is organised and clutter free floor. Spin classes well equipped. Overall a good place for gym/spin.
It is a great venue and good facilities but they don’t use it very well. I booked table tennis last month, and turns out they have triple booked! Three groups have gone to the same booking and it was bizarre. I was lucky enough to have nice people who are willing to share. Just make sure to check with them about bookings.
It was our first time taking our toddler to this soft play, and he really enjoyed it. The only thing that really bothered us was the wide age range of the kids there at the same time – from as young as 1 year old up to around 12. The older kids, especially the teenagers, weren’t paying any attention to the little ones, or even to us adults. The worst part was when I went upstairs with my child and saw a teenage boy and girl behaving inappropriately. In my opinion, there should be at least one staff member supervising whenever older kids or teenagers are present. It was really unpleasant, and I might never go back there again.
