I called 111 with a chest infection, I was worried as I’m awaiting open heart surgery and they sent paramedics John Morgan and Matthew Webb, who were absolutely amazing! I felt awful all day they did everything possible to make me feel better and ensure I was okay. We are so lucky to have them at our service. Thank you John and Matthew.

My colleague wasn't feeling great so we called 111. The call handler was methodical, kind and patient. She went through all the different questions and answered our concerns. An emergency ambulance was called and it arrived within 5-10 minutes. The paramedics were brilliant. They kept my colleague calm and relaxed, while gathering information, before taking him to the ambulance to carry out checks. He was taken to The Pru at Farnborough, where the two paramedics wouldn't leave him until he was attended to. A big thank you to Matt and Jeff from Bromley Ambulance, you really helped keep Steve calm in a stressful time, we are extremely grateful. Also, many thanks to the lady on the 111 service, unfortunately I didn't get your name.nnThis is the second time I have used the NHS services in the last two weeks and this was another 5 Star Service.

I would like to Thank Jenny and Charlotte for the amazing job that they've done to my wife and my son! I don't know how to thank them but they saved my wife that is just about to be in labour Yesterday 16.09.18 Thumbs up! Well done!

I had tachycardia in early November and a Bromley ambulance crew came to Purley to help me. They were amazing. kind knowlegeable and managed to get my heart down again.  I can't thank them enough. I can't remember your names lovely people but heartfelt thanks.

Did my Newly qualified Paramedic course here. The instructors were really professional and very insightful. Quality training with the necessary equipment  and resources, not to forget the great coffee too.
