For those of you who are into your club athletics, this is a nice fast 8 lane track. The grass verge gives plenty of space to watch from and the track is pretty well sheltered, so you don't normally get particularly windy conditions. There is a small stand that offers shelter if the weather is poor, but this is very small so take an umbrella if it's raining.nnThere is a free car park which is adequate for small events, but if it's a big meeting give yourself plenty of time to park as spaces will run out fast

Most paying followers are likely to be pre-existing believers but due to the abundance of these classes, I'd expect people sucked into the new religious movement.nnInappropiate dance classes which worships music artists and dancers based on their body proportions and/or their predatory commercial success towards youngsters. The classes seem to use the messages in these finely picked songs to indoctrinate and enforce a disturbing culture and attitudes towards men on the paying female followers, under the guise of empowerment.
New trackside cafe open at the running track. Barrista coffee and tasty pastries served. Currently only basic seating but only opened on 16th Jan and the manager advised that the comfy chairs will be arriving in the next couple of weeks.nUnderstand the plan is to open from 8am for breakfast.nWill update after comfy chairs arrive and I've tried the breakfast after Saturday morning ParkRun.nA promising startnUpdate 20th Feb 23 new sofas, tables and chairs have arrived. Almond croissant remains a firm favourite and great to have a table to eat it on.nPanini's now available for breakfast but haven't tried yet.....!
Great place to take the kids. Excellent café for a stop off.
Good staff and a nice surroundings brings back wonderful memories for my partner she use to run for Croydon
