Had Christmas lunch with friends. Three excellent menus to choose from with good variety of options on all courses. Very attentive staff. All Portions were excellent, with the turkey in particularly very generously served even on the seniors festive menu. Eton mess and sticky toffee were lovely. Definitely won us over a new customers. Good lunch time parking although perhaps ould get busy of an evening but plenty of local parking available. Thank you very much.

Thanks so much for everything you did for us when we came with family to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. From speaking on the phone with Louise and booking the tables to Tracy and the other staff on the night, the service couldn't have been any better. The lovely personalised menus were such a nice touch too and everyone complimented them. All the meals were thoroughly enjoyed and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again!

Christmas lunch with Blantyre Congregational Church men's fellowship. Food first class. Staff excelled themselves. Nothing too much bother. So good we've booked again for January. And great value for money. Decor was fab too and plenty of parking. Most impressed.Service: 5/5

The food was ok although I was meant to have an orange salad it was just a plain salad with my starter. The staff was friendly enough, but the service was poor. We waited for ages to have our orders taken. Once the orders were taken we didn't have to wait long. We had just our dessert when we were told that we had to move as they needed the table back. When we arrived there were plenty of empty tables. Not impressed with the service at all

We never pre booked for lunch but was lucky to get a table. Couldn't believe how busy it was on a Tuesday at 2.30pm. Great menu with something for everyone. We all had something different and all left full & happy.Service: 4/5

Booked the parkvile Hotel to surprise my family on New Year’s Eve spoke to 2 wonderful girls in the call centre who were so helpful on arrival I met with the manager Linda who asked me to wait in the bar till the family were seated then took me through to the function room to say the family were surprised is an understatement the food the entertainment waitress staff bar staff absolutely fantastic thank you to Linda and her team for an absolutely fantastic evening will definitely be visiting the next time I am home from Spain Kate Beattie AKA Debbie
