First time this year!! Still a brilliant pint

Great staff, good local pub and grub.

Won a £25 voucher in a raffle so I decided to bring my daughters and son in for lunch I went on to the website to see the menu and you have a kids menu but when I walked in today one of the customer's came up to me and told me there was a no kids allowed policy so me and my family left very disappointed. Website is very misleading.

For the life of me I don't know where these good reviews come from. My other half calls it The Clansman but I think even that's a compliment. The food was dire, there was some drunk sitting at the bar talkingshouting with the bar man and kept telling him he would  C U next Tuesday...  One visited never forgotten.

Friendly staff, but unfortunately because of the virus no background music .

A fantastic, friendly, community pub. Always a friendly face to welcome you behind the bar and plenty to entertain you from dominos to karaoke! The food is also outstanding. Been my local since I was 18 and always recommend to friends and family.

Great food and service

Food was good. We hadn't been there in a while as service wasn't good. Food wasn't either. Big improvement and it was cosy. Some pubs/restaurant's can be cold. Even when they've got the heating on. We'll go back at some point in the New Year.
