When it was open, I had tea here with friends from overseas. Pleasant surroundings, reasonable prices for the location} and a great place to pause while exploring the Palace or the park.
One of my favourite spots in the world. Service is wonderful and they actually make you feel royally welcome. The Afternoon Tea is just perfect. Best to visit on a sunny day, but sitting inside during a typical London downpour is jus as nice.
Beautiful selection of sandwiches and the special “royal” tea was impeccable. The pictures speak a thousand words! Lovely place to be after touring Kensington Palace.
Staffs are so kind and well behaved.
We did afternoon tea at the Orangery. The view of Kensington Palace was very nice and the scones were delicious!
This place deserves every star, and every good review it gets. Waiters are a delight, the food is exquisite and so well-presented on their beautiful tableware, right in the middle of the Kensington Gardens. Nothing to say other than : try it. The Afternoon Tea is the must-try !
