Disappointing experience. The room was beautiful but food couldn't be further from 5 star. Our table was not ready when we arrived so one of the staff went to get it prepared, we were then told it was ready and pointed in the general direction of the table, unsure of which one to take as it was not set and we had to put some of the chairs up to it ourselves. Instead of being given menus or asked what we might like to drink we had to get up from the table and search for the menus. The food was poor, the Caesar salad at €17 had to have come straight out of a Tesco salad bag. Overall it is the worst dining experience we have had in a long time. Radisson really need to improve on both their service and their food. For such a lovely setting both these issues really let them down.
Lunch today: Service poor. Menu boring and unappealing. Seats really uncomfortable! Has this hotel ever spent any money on furniture in decades? Not sure why we came back.
Bathed in natural light, this relaxed sun room casual restauant drinks vibe makes for a great experience. St Helens is a suburban delight with beautiful gardens and great meeting facilities too.
It was nice but need to recruit more staff. As Saturday was very busy and not enough staff on duty.Food: 5/5
Good service. Vegetarian option was too heavy on the beans. Preferred the vegetarian curry they had in the past. Will go again.
Decent food, great waiter Darragh, helpful and polite. Unfortunately Orangerie managers are often pretentious cold creatures who need to learn how to smile and say hello.
Lovely service, delicious vegetarian food, magnificent views, ambience and cosiness.
It is an amazing place for afternoon coffee. Perfect view and cozy environment
Enjoyed my meal, the atmosphere and setting makes this a lovely place to dine.
Love the masala prawns starter here! One of my favourite places to go after work & unwind
