I went into Harvey Nichols for a quick look on new items and came out with one of the most wonderful and natural looking concealers I have ever seen. Lightweight, with excellent coverage and no grey undertones. It had good wear all day, even after running multiple errands. I also got a new, beautiful satin finish lipstick  both from Hourglass, a brand I am starting to adore. Much love and thanks to the lovely Margaret at the Hourglass counter who was so helpful and patient. Highly recommend

I find staff to be very helpful.  Fenty selection good - out of some things i wanted but stock coming in.  Try the Fenty Cocoa soap. Beautiful

Visited Harvey Nichols in Dundrum last week where I was helped by the staff member Adam, his knowledge for the products was exceptional, while also being very patient with me.

Bought a pair of men’s designer trainers here, the price difference between store and online was €45 for this particular trainer? Very strange. The 2 stars is after paying €345 for trainers I wanted a nice gift wrap and the wrapping I received was so bad, took it off when I got home. If you offer gift wrap in store you should really make sure the employees are given some training on wrapping in my opinion!

Lovely shop, friendly helpful staff.  I got a beautiful dress for an upcoming wedding and we also had a lovely cocktail in the Flying Duck just because we made a purchase!  So a really nice experience. We will definitely return. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Friendly staff and nice layout. Good selection of beauty products. Disappointed with the wine section. A pity as it was a great spot in the past for wine.

I was merely  ordering moisturisers, etc, and tablets to help skin. .they were very busy
