Nice staff and atmosphere. They had live music when we went there. The food was edible, but not too good. I had fish and chips and the only tasty thing were the fries. Fish was greasy and tasteless, served on a pea & mint puree that was not for my taste. The salad had weird taste too, sweet. The others in the group didn't like the food too. The rating is really for the atmosphere and staff.
Awesome place to grab a bite to eat and have a nice drink or three in downtown Cork. I had the fish and chips and the wife had the lamb stew...they were both perfect. Service was first rate and I'd highly recommend heading to the bar for a talk with the experts on a food whiskey choice! You cant miss this stop on your journey through Cork!
The pub is absolutely fabulous, great atmosphere good cheerful staff, spacious and very clean. Definitely recommend everyone who visiting Cork city.Service: 5/5
Food is great with self service water and drink. Bacon and cabbage is good. Bacon maybe to salty for some peopleFood: 5/5
Brilliant night. Dropped in for a few beers and were surprised by a cracking good band True Sons Duo and a great atmosphere overall. Didn’t get food but what we saw looked pretty impressive. Will definitely head back if I’m the area again.Recommended dishesPint of Guinness
We popped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon and weren't disappointed. Fancy food for a pub and really tasty. Table service with friendly attentive staff and a lovely atmosphere, worth a visit.Food: 5/5
Great place to grab some food! Service was pleasant and there was a ton of seating area. I got the fish and chips with Irish coffee! Very yumFood: 5/5
Visited 3 times during our week long stay in cork, for food at both lunch time and dinner time, drinks and the music. Amazing staff, so friendly and welcoming, couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Amazing atmosphere and the food is top knotch and great value for money, in particular the Irish stew. Thank you fir an amazing experience
Very quick and efficient service. We ordered our bacon cheese burgers and less than 10’ my partner and I were served. The fast service didn’t put the quality of the food in risk: the burgers were fresh, juicy and very tasty. The parmesan chips were also speechless and delicious. We will definitely come back for more very soon!
We have a lovely experience here. The bouncer on the door was very nice kind and chatty. It was busy day and long wait in the kitchen for food. We decided to leave it as we had bingo loco to attend. We did have cocktails and fella playing the guitar was very good. Will be backFood: 5/5
