Very poor service at the carvery counter. A very long wait for the fresh vegetables to arrive. Plates not warmed when the meat was carved. The gravey was not labeled as to what type it was and the general condiment area was very messy with spills not being cleaned up. Not up to the standard of other carvery in the area. Very poor dining experience xx

We go here regular for breakfast and occasional lunch. Always on Sunday after church. My husband and daughter. Lunch experience has been poor lately so we mainly do breakfast now. This morning breakfast service was extremely poor from the counter from the female chef. We asked for bacon, which was on the counter with lid on pot, but she ignored us and got fried bread and hashbrown rather than give good customer service. We pressed the bell 3 times and got ignored by her. She returned to the kitchen and sent a young male to put the bacon out. VERY RUDE AND POOR ATTITUDE! I complained to female member of staff who told me she will inform the kitchen manager. We have complained in the pass to the manager on duty as the food and service is sometimes very poor. EATING HERE IS A HIT AND MISS. SOMETIMES FRESH AND TASTY FOOD, OTHER TIMES FRESH AND TASTELESS FOOD AND OTHER TIMES DRY AND NOT GOOD CHOICE. My husband and I were very disappointed this morning.

Good food. General staff not interested, but manageress was great (Lina I think?) and assisted us...great customer service. Thanks

Very unhappy. Have just had a meal and i never make a complaint but have to this time. The place was a mess food every where on the floor staff completely not a clue what they are doing. Ordered 2 fish and chips and a kids burger are food was ready in 15 minutes and had to wait half hour for the kids burger. We had to go down in the end to ask for the burger to be told its sat on side where it was freezing cold. Told a member of staff was unhappy all they said sorry and walked off. Will never go there again.

Lovely carvery, attended special requests when booking making mine and my families lives much easier, can't recommend enough, been coming here for occasions as long as I can remember
