Great pub, great food and great beer. The food is good and reasonably priced, good selection of real ale too. Friendly staff who helped us book a table at a busy time and were able to accommodate our needs. Will visit again and would recommend. But this place can be busy in the evenings and at weekends, so would advise booking a table at this time if you would like a meal.

Always a good meal and service. The food here is never dull and the big chips are very BIG! There is a large selection of food even for vegetarians like my sons partner. There is always a great plateful and it is a shame to send any leftovers back uneaten. I would recommend it to anyone.

My favorite pub on the high street. The food here is delicious and they even have a decent number of options for vegetarians. Sunday roast here is a huge portion at a very decent price.

Pleasant, comfortable pub with very friendly & efficient staff. Have eaten here on a number of occasions & the food has always been excellent.

Great service, had afternoon tea with a group of friends. Attentive friendly service. Wheel chair access, clean spacious toilets. Good value for money. Decent sized carpark and children's outdoor play area.
