Well it was 50 years ago when I first walked through the doors here after starting my teacher training at city college on 5A Broomgrove hall.  What a surprise at the massive changes that have occurred and all for the better. Much larger and roomier.  Had a good meal served by attentive staff.

Inexpensive lunch was piping hot. Lovely staff. Will come again

Were out of stock on almost every option quality of food in general was not great, very dry and portions were small Would not recommend food from here Staff and atmosphere were nice

Genuinely my favourite local pub. Wonderful food, great beer garden, and lovely staff. Highly recommend!!

It's a decent bar but always has sticky tables
