The biggest issue with this building is it's poor location. Difficult to get to and from due to the closeness to the Dartford crossing. Also not near too many shops. Very little parking on site. With £60 parking tickets if you dont get a permit. Air conditioning is badly setup either too cold or not working. Also internet speeds are slow. Appear to be routed via a VPN to their head office before going out to the web proper.

The nucleus is a great meeting point at the dartford crossing m25 interchange. Many businesses operate from here and theres also an on site cafe producing some pretty descent food and refreshment. Only negative point is the mobile phone signal is pretty poor which given its location is hard to believe.

Excellent facilities, friendly and professional staff, convenient location and cost effective office space, The Nucleus has everything a start up or small to medium size business could need. It's USP in relation to other serviced offices is the fact it provides business support services and a business mentor which we have found invaluable over the past 12 months. Stumbled across The Nucleus back on a cold Jan morning as booked onto a Pioneer 10 workshop and totally blown away! Not only able to provide office space, The Nucleus is run by Oxford Innovation who provide business mentoring support for FREE, if you want it! Keep your eye out for the Pioneer 10 workshops and experience the support for SMEs, you'll be amazed and no doubt, like me, signing up for your office space too! Oh, and did I mention the cafe? As if you can't tell, I am truly amazed with how much I and my business have flourished since being a tenant of The Nucleus Business and Innovation Centre in February.

Our Company: Aqua2pure Water Hygiene Ltd has been at The Nucleus Business Centre for five years. The Nucleus is a proffessional and friendly place. Great oportunities for networking and getting to know like-minded people. The staff here are profficient and obliging. It has very good amenities including an excellent cafe serving breakfast and lunch. There is also a kitchenette on each floor to make your own tea/coffee (free of charge!). I would thoroughly recommend The Nucleus to any business. The rates are competitive and the place is kept clean and tidy. An impressive place to be and to welcome our Clients. Paul Bird.
