Nice friendly staff great choice and always tidy when you visit this store.
The shop is okay as usual. However a woman stood at the bottom of the stairs staring everyone out that was in store, making us not want to go upstairs. When I told her there were no clothing in my size, she gave me an odd look and questioned whether I told the truth. So I was obliged to buy something before leaving the store as she had her eye on us the entire time. Great store, could have better staff.
The website is very easy to use and very user friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase items from them as they greatly differ from other retailers. More choice and differing designs.
Had a gift voucher given me at Xmas North face computer system went down regarding accepting the voucher last November. I went again last Monday 20th to be told it would probably be September before I could use it as the system was still not sorted. Appalling service can not get any help ether in shop or on line.
Some really nice stuff and their gear is really good, though also expensive. This shop does seem to be sparsely stocked and confused in its layout. The Staff are helpful enough but I find that I often want to go in and spend my money here but there is nothing I really want, a lot of the basics are usually missing. But when I do find what I want the staff are informative and helpful with your purchase, I just wish there was more choice and more stock.
Not bad but overpriced saw a great coat metallic blue puffer jacket £305 a few weeks before Xmas. I thought I would wait until the January sale but left it too late as the jacket had gone. I checked online but the jacket wasn't reduced seems a bit overpriced. There are a wide selection of jackets available some staff are quite helpful the security guard seems to be watching me everytime I have been in the store for some reason. I prefer a bargain so I usually goto Cheshire Oaks Outlet store instead and save on average £100 which in this Covid-19 climate is a necessity as my current finances dictate my purchases.
2 weeks still no parcel its apparently been sent to yodel damage would not be ordering directly from North face again and wouldn't recommend either Was messing about getting them to me but the boots are great
