This place is amazing! Although a bit pricey, their clothes are always good-quality and stylish. I got a couple jeans here, and they would've been nearly $200 if not for the half-off discount. I also really love the spacing of everything - plenty of walking room and the area is visually pleasing. The man at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely come here again!
Horrible customer service. To give one star rating is nauseating...I went to return a tee shirt my husband bought online cost $16 shirt was horribly made as it sat crooked due to poor stitching. They wouldn't take it back cuz had no tags and said it was washed feeling. He did NOT wash it but removed tags before trying on and had thrown away. They wouldn't even offer a store credit and was adamant i was lying. Why would i lie about a $16 item??? I dont need $16...but i feel like i shouldn't have to pay for a defective piece of clothing. And the manager said she could smell fabric softener.....we dont even use fabric softener as it irritates our skin so i guess that makes her the liar. I left the shirt and a $25 gift card i had on me told them to use the gift card on next customer as I am never being a customer of BR again. Not like they care though......
Best store ever. You will never wear any other brands again. My son has autism, he never would wear jeans until he felt mine. One feel and you're hooked for life. Top quality, unbelievably comfortable and flattering. What more could you want? The staff is always helpful and courteous as possible too.
Conveniently located in center of outlet mall, this Banana Republic outlet is large and well stocked. They sell petite sizes but they are mixed in with regular sizes now instead of being in a dedicated space like they used to be.
Great discounts on summer apparel. Purchased linen blend Cyprus which will be perfect this summer.
After spending several thousands over the past several years, they wouldn't take back a pair of Jean's that got torn up in the wash after casual wear for about 5 to 6 times after spending 60 dollars on the jeans. They have lost a once loyal customer. No wonder the gap company has lost a third of its value recently. Will never go back, way to go Gap/Banana Republic, idiots. Hope your company folds.
I come here with my wife when i have to. Seems like they don't have the nice stuff they sell in the regular mall stores. My wife always leaves grumpy and disappointed. It's also usually uncomfortably crowded, with long dressing room waits and no place for the SO to stand around and wait without looking like a creep. Avoid if you can.
Excellent shop to get dresses at a reasonable price . A lot of selection is available. Located conveniently in the Merrimac shopping mall. If you have the GAP card, this merrimac outlet is best. It has Old Navy and Banana Republic where you get discounts and can use rewards!
