My husband and I came to store last weekend with our granddaughter. We have never been to Reiss before, I had not heard of it. The girl at the door greeted us and helped me find a sofa to sit while I waited for my husband to look upstairs. She let me know that I could get the escalator up and down which was nice but I sat and looked at the clothes on the ladies instead. The girls in store looked lovely. The clothing was a bit young for me but my granddaughter got a beautiful dress in the sale it was a very nice.
Great brand, but as far as this particular store is concerned, here are some thoughts. - Selection of clothes is pretty limited compared to other stores Leeds, London. - Most staff members are nice, but they struggled to process my return and I ended up going across the road to Next to return 3 items. First they said the manager is busy, then they said they can't process it without the receipt, which isn't true, because usually scanning the label is enough at Reiss stores.... I said I'd rather go to Next than argue and it was done there without problems no receipt needed.
Was looking to buy a gift for my father as reiss is my go to shop for nice clothing, but the incredibly rude girl working on the mens floor completely put me off and I will not be returning to this store.
We were served by Kevin, who made very rude and snide comments after we asked if they was a student discount or a sale on the item we were purchasing. He mocked us for asking if this was the case and proceeded to say that this is not a student store and for us to enjoy our studies. No one should ever assume anyone's monetary value. All we wanted was a belt.
I can't say enough good things about this store. I've been going here for years, and apart from the quality, the one thing which has been stand-out consistent is the friendliness and warmth of the staff. I have always been treated well by the guys and girls at this store, but this reached all new levels of excellent customer service in the lead up to my wedding. The service was incredible, the little extras were hugely appreciated and their interest was always genuine. I'll be continuing to visit monthly/weekly if budget allows!
My fiance had popped in to check if they stocked any suits that didn't contain wool and the staff were absolutely brilliant! We got the most perfect suit and the staff couldn't be more accommodating and kind. They really care about their customers and making sure everything is perfect for them. After we mentioned the suit was for our wedding, they offered us a discount. Fabulous service and we will be back in the future : P.S I'm sorry I forgot your name but the male manager was so lovely and I hope you enjoy your US trip this year
I purchased a number of garments from the store whilst in Manchester. The store was clean and the staff were attentive but I was disappointed by the very limited amount of stock which was held here. The majority of items that I looked at had sizes unavailable and where sizes were available, there was only one of each present with not additional stock held back of house. Frustratingly, one item which I was hoping to purchase was being held by another customer, which is fine, but I was shocked to hear that garments can be held for up to two weeks without being collected. To me, that seems absolutely ridiculous, especially when a customer is in store and ready to make a purchase. AMEX is accepted
Bought a suit from the shop on a Sunday Returned a few days later to buy something else and it turns out that the suit is now on for half price. A heads up from the staff would have been very useful. It's just very shady & tarnishes the brand, which otherwise, has some excellent clothes.
Best clothes shopping experience I had. They were really friendly, helpful and informative. My first time experiencing the brand was in this store and now it's my go-to brand for everything. The clothes are amazing quality. Can't recommend enough.
There is this blonde haired, blued eyed, 5 ft 5 girl who is so rude. She acts as if she is annoyed to even speak to customers. I had such an unpleasant interaction with her at 5 pm on 19/01. Learn some manners.
