I found the staff rude! I walked through the store browsing when I over heard a staff member say to her friend "our mannequins are wearing extra large, why have we got fat mannequins" this was disgusting to me! If a lady had walked past who fit in XL sizes she would've felt uncomfortable in store and rightly so!! What happened to professionalism!

Called in the week before, wanting to try some shoes on, couldn't get served, got to try the shoes this time, what a disappointed, tried to adjust the strap, didn't work. The assistant said the last hole to adjust the buckle was just for show????
Tried for over an 2 hours to contact this shop arndale cantre, Manchester for over 2 hours to resolve an issue with an order. Contacted Customer services who were unable to assist. Very very poor customer service
I am stood out side off it and ment be open at 11 still open now 11.22 and staff thing it's funny keep walking past laughing they don't think we can see them put we can , If you have change opening times but on the window so people can see it as the the website says you open at 11 till 5.30
