Laser Hair Removal - I have tried different laser clinics and methods and this one was the only one I did that worked, and very well! It's painless compared to any other laser treatment I have tried and I can see my hair falling out after every session! I have recommended to a few friends and will keep doing so! The staff is super friendly, honest and professional. My therapist, Roberta, is very accurate and genuinely good at her job; sometimes she likes to explain some of the scientific concepts behind the technology and it makes me feel even more trustworthy! Also, I have been sent back from an appointment once as I didn't have enough hair and the session which I had paid for in advance would have been useless; I really appreciate the honesty and it saved me one whole session! I would like to highly recommend the Clinic NYLC. I have been their customer in the clinic on BAKER STREET for years and I am very happy with the treatments that I have received , the clinic staff are always very welcoming  , friendly and they are very helpful finding the best flexible time for me to get my treatments, the clinic itself has always deals that can implement the best  on cost for the customers . Robert is the lady who had  been looking after my skin and I can indeed see the results. I'm 100%  satisfied. She is very nice, once you're under her hands I can tell the confidence that she delivers and her professionalism is just outstanding. I am having the best treatment I could ever expect! I’ve been having several treatments with my therapist Alex who is so professional and has a bright and bubbly character that is lovely to chat to, makes me feel right at ease when I go to get laser treatment in my bikini area! Definitely makes you feel very comfortable in a treatment that may otherwise be a bit nerve wracking and embarrassing!! I had a laser treatment for the first time in my life few weeks ago. Was extremely worried as I have heard many scary stories before from friends that had the same treatment in other clinics. Reading the reviews online I decided to choose Eva as my consultant, and I gotta say I had the best experience. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. She makes you feel at ease and is always willing to answer any questions and concerns. We have built a trust relationship and the treatment results are amazing. If you decide to proceed with a treatment Eva is the person you need to choose.

I had laser in the past - like 10 years ago, then I decided to start new treatment at this clinic and I have never been so satisfied about the result! The team is so welcoming and professional that after finishing my treatment on my legs I have now purchased a new package in different area! Went back for my second laser hair removal treatment last week. I have to say, so far so good! The staff are friendly and welcoming, I was apprehensive the treatment would hurt but I have been pleasantly surprised and the lady I had made me feel comfortable and I wasn't worried in the end! The clinic itself is clean and inviting, no problems at all. I have a few more treatments left but will definitely be recommending this laser clinic.

They are ignoring my request for a refund after causing laser burns following patch test.  I went here for a patch test nearly 2 weeks ago and had to pay half of my treatment cost during the consultation session. I obviously reacted pretty badly to this patch test as I continue to have these burn marks on my skin. I’ve called countless number of times and was told to email someone in customer service as the reception staff were not able to discuss my burn marks further with me. I sent an email requesting for a refund but was ignored and told they can book me in with a senior consultant. I explained that I didn’t want to go ahead with this due to the reaction and would like a refund. They have still have not responded to me.  Obviously quite negligent in their procedure methods and very dodgy that they are ignoring my requests. I would avoid at all costs.Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal

Roberta saved my skin! I was suffering with stubborn  comedonal  and fungal acne for nearly a year before I went to New York laser Clinic Baker Street.  I had lost all hope of getting rid of my acne. No treatments that the doctor prescribed worked and I started to get really self conscious about how I looked. I decided to book a bespoke package with Roberta who I had received facials from before. This was one of the best decisions I ever made! Every facial was unique, thorough and I saw a drastic improvement after every treatment. It’s a few days since my last treatment and my skin has DRASTICALLY improved. In fact the acne is near enough gone. I’m super happy. Thank you Roberta.

I have done my laser treatment with New York laser clinic and I could from only few treatments see great results. The staff makes you feel welcome and valued which is extremely important in such places, either you walk in, call or email. Always gotten amazing customer service, and high quality treatments with skilled aestheticians. I had my 5th laser treatment last week with Aesthetician Practitioner Patrice and she makes you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment she meets you. I can 100% recommend This clinic!

I've paid for other laser removal treatments and they were a waste of money. After trying The NY Laser Clinic, I've been the happiest, and completely satisfied.
