A unique place with loads of character. The staff are lead by an outstanding team who go out of their way to provide excellent service. This is not a modern palace, some aspects tend to the quirky side; it’s the people who run it that make it special and obviously the location is stunning. Don’t go if you require the standard uniform modern 5star experience.

Staff are very attentive and welcoming but needs Wi-Fi and a hot drink. Asked every time we've been there and always told they won't have one.

Always a fantastic, relaxing stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is wonderful.

Stunning location ... Quarter Deck Restaurant that I frequently visit has breathtaking views across the Carne beach are uplifting throughout the seasons .... eating outdoors on a bright sunny day is totally fabulous.
