We were made very welcome for our lunchtime visit. Plenty of customers in the lounge so we moved to the bar for our meal. Great pint of Pedigree, in fine condition. Our order was taken at the table - that's a nice touch, so rare today. The meals were served in good time and most enjoyable. Great homemade chips. We stayed for a second pint and happily went on to finish our walk. We'll done to everyone at Sawley Nags Head.

Good value pub grub. Sawley is synonymous with great beers. Very friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly too

Lovely pub lunch, friendly and helpful staff. Proper home cooked food. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

Excellent meal at a very, very reasonable price. Steak and ale pie is fantastic. Small pub and very friendly staff.👍👍.
