Food good - pleasant staff. Very attentive. Pity the sole was off and there was no sea trout!!! Last time we visited the sea trout was awesome.

After hearing consistently high praise of The Muirs we went for Sunday lunch. The welcome and service were excellent and the food was wonderful. The black pudding scotch egg was perfectly cooked and delicious. The hardest part of the menu was making a choice as everything looked so tempting. We will definitely be back.

Staff friendly,fish and chips absolutely fantastic. Steak burger really nice too. Good value for money. Defiantly would return if in the area.

We had 1 off the best lunches we have had for ages. Six of us met for lunch before booking into local hotel for a function. The meals were beautifully presented and tasted lovely. We also had a couple of drinks too. When presented with the bill of £82 we were very pleasantly surprised. Only advice would be to pre book if you can because its not the biggest place ( plenty of elbow room though ) it is very busy.

Great wee pub in Kinross and very cheap compared to bars in the vicinity . Very friendly atmosphere and would recommend it. Have had meals there and restaurant very good also
