The best fish & chips in Scotland according to my family. Every time the batter is thin and crispy and the fish and chips are freshly cooked and very hot. The best thing is that you always get two pieces of fish! Highly recommended.
Stumbled across by accident and now we take a detour to go there! First class and very reasonable. Huge portions as well.
Just had the worst white pudding I have ever tasted. Took a bite and it was just full of horrible tasting gunge, could not eat it. If they make it themselves they need to look at the recipe and if they buy it in they need to change their supplier! Can honestly say have never experienced anything that bad before.
I just walked up into the town from the services. Had chips curry sauce and battered sausages. It was well worth it, best chip shop curry sauce I've had in ages. Fyi garlic mayo sauce was actually garlicky.
