Had a great evening in here, there was a dj on and karoke. There was a great atmosphere, we all had a dance even on the tables. Went for my daughters 30th b'day and all the pub sang Happy birthday and the bar lady bought us all a round of shots. Even one of the customers bought her a shot for her b'day. Had a right laugh with her too. The drinks were reasonably priced. The bar lady was very friendly and polite. Would defo go there again. They had different entertainment during the week.
Spent New Years Eve here, had fantastic time, Ian, singing elvis, Johnny cash and lots of others and Elaine who did the most amazing disco, a free buffet was laid on, THANK YOU ELAINE AND STUART,Food: 5/5
My first impressions are really good. kind help full bar staff plenty for families here. I think they do the biggest breakfast I have ever seen will definitely visit again
Didn't eat here went on New years eve although the land lady put on a spread on to help with the celebrations f.o.c. lager £2.50 a pint land lady and staff brilliant thanksService: 5/5
Avoid!!! Staff are so rude food absolutely disgusting... when asked for a manager the land lady come out with a right face on her and doesn't like being told the food isn't good oh and she upset my 7 year old making her cry!! Reason being because she was shouting! You can't say owt to the young lady aswell there because it's her nan who is the land lady!! Didn't want to refund our food either! Been told we need to wait till this Friday for a refund!!!! It's Monday today!!! I'm making a full report to trading standards with all the proof! Honestly avoid!!!
Well what a mess. Used to love the place. Arrived yesterday 20th August 2022 for a family meal. Upon arrival restaurant closed no lights on that it was a bit odd for a restaurant in middle of the day with tourists coming to visit. Meals had a limited menu from jacket potato, panninis and burgers no explanation of what was served with the meal was very basic like "chicken burger" purchased food for everyone. Meals came out wrong. People ordered fries with a chicken burger for someone else to recieve the same meal with thicker chips so it really didnt add up. Ordered burgers without salad and sauce someone got salad and sauce. Reported to manager but was more like the chef what came out acting as the manager wearing a apron shouting at her customers about how the meals was. Waitress come to clean a member of my party said its not your fault for her bad mouth for her to gob out "THATS MY NAN" and to get mouthy back. Both waitress and "manager" do NOT consider customer service and would not recommend. Adult food portions the size of a childs with warmed up rustler burgers in the microwave Waited half a hour between each meal to get served. Some had finished before others got theirs and some meals got left to the max
Stopped here in motorhome . £15 for night . Big car part . Well priced drinks and food . Highly recommend for others in MH.
We only had a drink there but enjoyed the entertainment people very friendly Kid-friendliness: Kids have entertainment there at times Parking: Not sure how many spaces Wheelchair accessibility: A bit of a hill but once up ok
Friendly pub. And dog friendly. Bingo. And have auctions. And music. Good night out.
