The last time I visited this place I was not impressed. I didn't feel comfortable as there were a lot of very drunk people even early on. The tables were dirty and the toilets were in poor condition. We had a meal upstairs which was quieter, but the burger I had made me feel very ill. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
Disgusting! We sat at the bibbys fish and chips area where the "mini pier" is it's not a pier its a bit of decking we had fish and chips, chips under cooked, fish bland and greasy, bitter after taste, gravy? The sea water is thicker. Even the dog wouldn't eat the fish. Save your money. Absolutely vile
Easily the best place in Ingoldmels to have a drink or something to eat. The bar itself has a lovely atmosphere, great views of the beach & has a wide range of options in regards to both drinks & food on offer, the bar not only has its own kitchen menu selling traditional pub fare meals, but it also has a take-away style grill outside of the building that cooks burgers, hotdogs, breakfast items & desert's. They also have a traditional café & fish and chip store opposite, which is also owned by the bar owners. The venue is comprised of two bars, a show bar & a sports bar, with the former often hosting night time entertainment.
They are lovely staff after helping my friend after her fall after we was wondering where she had gone too, staff helped her with help with a few guys get her back to her feet and help her back to her friends
Today myself and my 5 year old daughter visited, unfortunately she stood on a rusty nail in the sand during our visit, which was an awful experience. She was distraught and I was panicking, as there was a lot of blood and tears. I approached a young lady on the mini peer area across from this restaurant and asked for help. She acted immediately and went to get the first aider. Once the first aider arrived she was also very fast, polite and wonderful with my daughter! Keeping her distracted, and cleaning her foot perfectly. Not an inch of sand was left in her wound, and after a short trip to the doctors, we found out the wound was cleaned so well that they didn’t need to do anything with it. I didn’t get her name, I wish I had, because she was WONDERFUL! She even gave my daughter a huge lolly to cheer her up and for being brave, which absolutely made her day! Thank you so much! An awful experience was made a million times better because of her! Give the girl a raise, she deserves it!
I found crickets in my chips. Would recommend to people who eat bugs . Although it had mold scattered in the chips.
Staff are rude. Toilets are absolutely disgusting but to justify them being so filthy they have a sign up blaming the customers. Only 2 work because they keep the others locked.
Shocking treatment my grandson money in game it wouldn't work. Called for help co owner came and called grandson a liar In the end after argument he sorted machine out Dont waste your money in there
Came in for a few games of pool, looked a decent sports bar, little blondie working behind the bar was lovely ;
Enjoyable day entertainment was Belinda Hallows absolutely wonderful day very entertaining loved every minute nice place and friendly staff but the entertainment was awesome.!!
