Wouldn't go again, food below average you'd expect for a pub meal. They had problems with deliveries so a lot of what we wanted wasn't available. Shame as the place looks nice from outside and expected more from somewhere in such a busy site. Tried to complain to the manager who eventually offered to refund Ice creams included in the kids meal.. we declined his offer and left. Couldn't fault the floor staff 5*. Wish we had read reviews before :(

If you choose food here that is likely to have been deep fried, then at least you'll know what you're getting. But if you choose food off the menu that looks like it might need any level of cooking ability to make, be warned that what you'll receive is a catering-grade microwave meal that had been incinerated in an industrial-strength oven. The pasta that my partner received was so overcooked that 1/3 of it had gone like the hard crispy bits that are left around the edge of a ready meal package post-cook. This would perhaps be slightly less unforgivable if meals weren't at least a tenner here. Drinks have also gone up drastically in the last year... 50p a pint on Stella, for example. Staff were friendly and helpful, though.

Just ordered food here looked really good then waited an hour with no food we were then told it would be 10 mins when it still didn't come out we demanded a refund as we were going to see Mr bloom at central stage and would of missed it if we waited any longer we were refunded our money for the meal but still charged for our drinks.I wouldn't of minded if they has said there was a wait for food so we could of gone elsewhere instead. Only just made it to Mr bloom and all still hungry!!!
