Been quite a few times over the years but this year will be my last for sure all because of one staff member that is hell bent on ruining people's holidays, this miserable woman with brown hair I would say late 20s early 30s (seen her call the bingo) treats people like they are garbage and has no customer service skills. Swears at customers and trys to put them down, this immature little girl needs sacking

it's was good apart from kids could not be let free as there was lass and lad drunk and Take ing clothes off in front off kids if that was stopped then it would ave been good

Recently went to this place with my daughter girlfriend and two teenage cousins me and my girlfriend had gone inside to get a drink and came out to find the smaller door man arguing with my cousin as I've went to ask what was up I was pushed out the site for 100% no reason then for me and my cousin to be punched and screamed at by that very door man, and my young cousin being chased down the road by the giant. And the guy with the weak punch 👊 crazy to think my girlfriend said how great that very pub was... The owner.. Sound guy.. The 3Rd door man.. Sound guy but I have a feeling the other two were drunk and probably on drugs because it's illegal to attack people when your a doorman and especially when I hadn't myself shown an sign of aggression of voilance shame really..
