My grandad passed away before Christmas, and the Co-op Funeral Care team in Cheltenham were absolutely amazing. The support and comfort they gave to my mum through it all, the professionalism and attention to detail from start to finish, and how they treated my grandad with dignity and and respect throughout. We were so pleased with the arrangements made for our Mother's recent funeral. Lyn was professional and thorough and nothing was too much trouble. If she was not available anytime, Chloe or Wayne were very efficient and helpful.
Chloe was so helpful and lovely. Hopefully a long time will pass before I have to come here again. But this will be the place to go.
Really helpful and understand at a very sad time in our lives. Thanks for all you did.
