I haven't always been too happy with this practice but today I have only praise.My husband phoned this morning and spoke to the practice manager she was extremely helpful and arranged an appointment for him to see a doctor the same afternoon. The doctor was brilliant he was very kind and patient to my husband he was a lovely doctor.As we left he needed another appointment the receptionist could not have been more helpful a lovely lady as was the practice manager who again was really helpful.
Absolutely dreadful! I’m furious someone who suffers bi polar and incontinence and is on strong medication! Can’t get an appointment rude staff and manager makes me laugh you call up and the recording before u get through” no rude or disrespect to our staff” they need to take note they are rude ! And unhelpful can’t literally walk in and be spoken to nicely they are so rude and drs need help mentally to treat people with respect and be understanding dummies behind screens makes me angry fighting for medication all the time that is vital for me to have to be told we can’t issue anything u need a appointment well book me a appointment for a med review don’t just tell me to call 8am when I do everyday ! I’m loosing my mind with no medicine because of lack of support need to be closed down !!! Never had this with any other surgery wish I never moved to the area
Twice we have called and been booked in for a telephone consultation and twice they’ve never called. The first time we called back to query why they hadn’t called. They stated they called three times which was a lie. The receptionist male was exceptionally rude and accused my husband of calling them a liar. The second time tonight we went to call to query this again but they’re shut! we were told they would call between half 6 and half 7. They shut at half 6. Awful service, awful doctors.
Had an appointment today - it was easy to book had to wait 10 minutes but got a morning slot. I was diagnosed with cancer a week before so went to talk it through with the doctor. Dr Lawrence was amazing. Explained everything in simple terms, treatment, diet. Well-being, emotional well being, how the type of cancer works. He was so positive honest and so much empathy. He gave me the boost I needed I came away feeling positive and ready to fight ! Highly recommend. Dr Lawrence is a credit to the surgery. This has been my surgery from birth. Receptionists are always lovely
Been on the phone, on hold for an hour and 20 mins to get a same day appointment, only to be told the doctor is off sick again and also won't be in tomorrow. This is the second time this has happened in the space of 2 weeks.
We are continuously calling for the GP appointment from 3 to 4 weeks at 8am, after 30mins the telephone automated service saying you are in 30th above in the Que, after waiting another 30 minutes, Receptionist confirmed that there is no appointment for today, call us next day 8am, this is happening everyday from four weeks.
would'nt even give it a star as impossible to get an appointment after 3 attempts gave up. I also gave up all my medication as a result
Absolutely disgusted, my husband had a message to make an appointment at the surgery to see a doctor about his results. Fully booked, ring back at 8 am in the morning for any available appointments, nothing. He requested to speak to the practice manager and she made him an appointment for 11.40, my husband sat there till 1.30 and then left without being able to see anyone, so a wasted day spent at the so called doctors surgery. A complete and utter waste of time. Perhaps we should bill them for loss of earnings
Good Doctors when you can get appointment. Have been trying for two days. On the phone for 45 minutes this morning . More chance of winning the lottery than getting though to the surgery
Ever since the new company has taken over, they have been AMAZING dr monelle and dr manjil are fantastic, e consults are straight forward and much easier when you work from 8am, so grateful to be apart of this GP service
