THE AIM IS TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES YET THE MEMORIAL IS STILL A SESS PIT. THE MENTAL HEALTH TEAM ARE APPAULING. I HAVE COMPLAINED A NUMBER OF TIMES ABOUT THIS PLACE BUT NOTHING IS CHANGED OR IMPROVED. YET ANOTHER NHS BODY NEGLECTING ITS DUTY OF CARE
