Phoned at 1:47 pm and, having waited for a while, finally got through to a voice - when asked, I explained that I had a painful left arm that had been aching for a while. Voice on the phone said 'Well what do you want me to do about it.' !!! Explained I wanted to talk to a Doctor about it and was told to ring back at 2. Very rude and not very helpful

Poor service I can't get tablets I'm down to my latest few days. So I'm just gonna go without. When I become ill for not taking my medicine then NHS can pick up the bill

Very busy and not easy to get appointments, better off face to face rather than trying to phone. Staff and Drs all very good, which is the important thing after all.

Really unhappy as I keep trying to see a doctor and never get to see one as to busy and when I need tablets witch I need all the time there to busy come back tomorrow is what they say all the time but when I see a doctor they help x

Almost impossible to get an evening appointment with a doctor. Badly organized.
