Experienced a great massage therapy session with Nikki. Hugely personable and empathetic, which helped put me at ease right away. The areas I have had issues with were well incorporated and treated within the hour. Feel such a difference and I look forward to returning!
A very welcoming environment and Sarah was absolutely lovely and absolutely brilliant She knew exactly what I needed and tailored the massage to suit my body. It had been a very long time since I'd had any treatments, and if I'm honest was alittle worried, but I really shouldn't of been, the minute I walked in I knew I was in the right place for me, and I'm very thankful I found these guys. She also gave me some guidance and recommended some exercises that could help me going forward. I will definitely recommending and re booking soon.
Lukasz was brilliant - gave me a really firm sports massage but checked in regularly to ensure it wasn’t too painful. Technically really good and a lovely, chatty guy - I’ll definitely be back when i start to seize up again!
I was treated by Sarah and I can already feel the effects. I work in IT so have classic office posture, which is why I wanted to book in - Sarah took particular care working on my upper body and loosened up some muscles that have been holding years worth of tension. Can't wait for my next appointment, thank you very much!
Me and the husband had the most wonderful massage on our last night. We wish we had found this place at the start of our holiday. Highly professional, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I felt so good afterwards. They provide a massage suit to change into which was very comfortable and the massage we both chose involved lots of stretching and manipulation. It was excellent. I had a sports massage with Sarah and she was fabulous! She focused on my Hamstring and wow what a difference it made! Just brilliant! Cathy
Biliana was amazing! She makes sure you’re comfortable and helps you understand your body better. I feel much less tense and will be coming back and recommending her to others.
Raymond was great at listening to my issues, mainly around migraines. He gave me an excellent massage with a bit of acupuncture thrown in. Highly recommend.
Lukasz is the best physio i have ever been treated by out of approx 12 - extremely knowledgeable and also passionate, he aims to cure and be positive
Biliana is a brilliant therapist. She is very thorough, careful, really listens gives a realistic assessment and self help suggestions. Her massage technique demonstrates a breadth of skill and knowledge and has helped me significantly. I highly recommend the Massage Lab, comfortable and spotless facilities.
