I've been here several times now. Staff on the telephone booking are appointments are proffessional and courteous. Staff at the premises are respectful, polite and very attentive. When coming for deep tissue massage they've worked on parts of my body were there's stiffness including my back, shoulders and thighs and given great advice and support. Will come here regualry. Recommended.

I visited the so called Spa on 30.03.2022. I do not know the girls name as she didn't bother to tell me. Very average so called massage, no technique to be honest. The girl was not really to my preference..a little chubby and she was pushing for extras as she stated she was the youngest there and could charge what she wanted. I was not interested. The place was not very clean..I realised afterwards...the room was freezing cold and no heating was put on even though I kept saying that I was cold. I was not even offered a towel over me to keep me warm. The heaters were filthy I noticed while getting dressed. I would never return here...I was looking forward to a decent massage but didn't get one. I was also told that time was up after 45 minutes even though I had paid for 1 hour. Will spend my money elsewhere in future.

Just had massage with shanika.. absolutely rubbish..please don't waste your money ..just asked please give medium pressure my legs and she spent 5 to 10 minutes on my upper body and spent 20 more minutes with my head massage but didn't do anything just say down and spent the time ..absolutely rubbish..

just had a 30min deep tissue back massage. very pretty decoration and the girls are so friendly unfortunately the massage felt rushed she kept stopping to talk. she massaged my neck for 5seconds and said that it was very tight I knew this but then she didn't continue to massage it and didn't touch it at all for the rest of the treatment. I think she also had long nails as now I have marks on my shoulders. It ended after 20mins. The good points was she was very firm which i like and she was very nice. bit over priced for the service so won't be going back.

Please everyone do not use this place. I came yesterday and had a massage which was awful. The place was humid. My back was hurting and asked to concentrate on that. She then asked me three times if she could do extra thing on my private parts which I clearly said NO. I could see the quality of the massage was worsening due to no extra money being given. The lady was clock watching and i did not even get my moneys worth. £50 was a wasted. Place needs to be reported.

It was not as authentic as I was led to believe.  It was clean and pleasant, but despite having booked, the room was not set up properly and was extremely cold. The portable heater was not switched on. I waited for several minutes for therapist to return after leaving me to get changed, still very cold,but thankfully she realised that it took time and indicated that the time was starting from when I was ready. The overall massage was pleasant but was expecting as it showed in YouTube videos for Indian massages. Slightly disappointed  Dropped to 1 star because of owners tone in their response!! I have since had massages at other places, and my opinion is now even more that it was amateur hour@Athree and that the room was not set up and too cold ! Unprofessional and poor customer service for a booked appointment. I may have thought differently if I were a walk in customer that day!!

ITS A RIP OFF PLACE- DONT GO VERY POOR I paid £50.00 for 1hour full body massage. With that sum of money I paid, the experience was very dull. The masseur was very inexperienced. She was just rubbing my body with oil and thats it. As far my knowledge and experience before that is not called a massage. Before 10 mins to finish she asked me if i wanted a shower and see off. For 50 mins she didnt even touched my head, arms and feet. I needed to remind her, I paid for full head to toe massage not just rubbing my body.

Went in last minute yesterday due to back pain, masseuse was extremely nice and friendly but my back is in MORE pain today than it was before. Completely unbearable, overpriced and would not recommend. Will have to go doctors now due to the pain. If a massage is not suitable for back pain they should have informed me as I let them know before I went ahead with the massage so its like a money making scheme which is unprofessional and will need to be reported.

have had a foot massage from this establishment before which was great. The full body massage was a little questionable. it started well with a head massage with oil. On getting on the table the therapist asked if i would like to remove my towel which i was happy to. Full body massage obviously includes the glutes. The pressure wasn't as firm as i would have liked but  take responsibility for not asking for firmer pressure. The cold lemon sugar scrub was torturous as the lemon had just come out of the fridge and it was cold to the point it ruined the whole massage. As a massage therapist myself I was surprised the masseuse attending me did not offer to cover me when she asked me to turn over. I was completely naked and i wasn't aware a full body massage included having my penis massaged which I declined respectfully.  I spoke to the manager later and she clarified that cold lemon is always used especially as India is a hot country [ this massage was in london  ] and she assured me that some clients get annoyed when they do not have the intimate parts of their body massaged. If I was aware of their protocal before hand  I probably would be writing a more favourable review  or chose  somewhere else.
