my mum visited Dr ray (junior) approx 14 times, and told nothing was wrong with her and given useless medication as she had bruising on her body, gums bleeding and dizziness. She later went to the dentist who spotted straight away something was wrong and sent her for an emergency blood test which came back the same day to be diagnosed with Leukemia. felt really let down by this surgery so hope they take issues more seriously!

Every time you phone them they are always busy. I called at 09.00 in the morning and was told no more appointments available that day. This surgery must only have 3 appointments per day. I have been trying since Friday. I only go to the Doctors when its absolutely necessary unlike some of the people I've seen in there who seem to spend half there life in there for no reason. I've worked all my life paying my NI and for WHAT???

Difficult to get an appointment at times. Most gp's are okay there. One gp Dr ray is great but only works there for 2 days a week. Could use a refurb, looking very dated and a bit untidy around the edges

I moved from this practice after being told that I couldn't have an appointment on the day I called, even though I called first thing in the morning, not even as an emergency, and to call back again in the morning to try again. After the fourth day of trying I gave up. As I saw it I had these options: 1 - wait to see if I got better without medical intervention, or died (either way I wouldn't need a doctor any more) 2 - go to A and E 3 - change practice I chose option 3 I feel for the old and infirm who can't make an appointment, or make their own way to A and E, or easily change practice. It must be very frightening. Shame.

Excellent surgery ...I have had no problems getting a appointment and medication ..keep it up !
