Absolutely the best kept secret! you meet some amazing people from far and wide. The conversations are equally wide and bizarre at times. You need to visit if only to appreciate the hospitality of staff and customers alike.
A real gem of a place that specialises in real ale beers. Definitely worth a visit. Small inside the bar, seating for around 18 people. Outside seating also available but only if the weather permits.
Always a choice if excellent and well sourced and cared for beers. A really friendly bar, first rate staff and convivial fellow drinkers.

Great traditional local pub. No music, juke box, tv or mobile ‘phones. So you talk, listen and enjoy proper beers, lagers, ciders and speciality drinks. Cosy, like pubs used to be. Loads of Camra awards and terrific beer festivals. Love it
