We called for a drink with our 2dogs & smelt the meals going by & couldn't resist. We weren't disappointed either. Having the Festive sizzler each we really enjoyed it & will be popping in again! Staff were really friendly & helpful too. Parking: Small parking area very close to busy crossroad traffic lights.
Staff are wonderful. We were served by Taylor and our chef was Anna. Unfortunately the choice of food for vegans is very poor. Only a few options but all based on the same chilli, have it either with rice or a jacket potato or a burger!

Called in for a burger today and got to say the food was amazing very friendly bar staff great pint made to feel very welcome lovely atmosphere the chef in this here is amazing very knowledgeable was that nice I ordered another meal
After lookin for food we rang cannon and just made it to order Our cook was Sarah And was cooked just as we asked it was lovley And the the bar man was so polite Defo go again
Good food and friendly staff but the decor is in urgent need of some refreshing. I can't fault my meal, with my son and I having a three item shared starter followed by main courses from the grill. I like my steak rare and was pleased that unlike many places this was not intepreted as meaning medium to well done. My son and I both ordered a pint of Pepsi because we were both driving and he had ice but I didn't. He got a full pint whereas I received three quarters both served draught from the same tap. Obviously a pint of Pepsi in this pub includes quarter of a pint of ice.
