Good shopping centre with a range of mostly big name shops. Accessibility is easy once you know how to approach from the one way system. The car park is large & has a range of disabled & parent & child parking or alternatively the bus station is located next to the shopping centre with direct access inside. The Mall now has a dedicated baby changing & feeding area on the lower level with interactive games & seating area just outside for the older kids as they wait. The Mall is easy to navigate around and has several benches around to offer restbite as you shop.

This is a great place to shop with a variety of shops for clothing, health foods, meat, pet food, cards, jewellery, cafe and more so a great place to not only shop but meet with friends too. 
There are 3 levels to this although the lowest level is small and only has a limited number if shops and a hairdressers. 
There are games around the centre for children to play on and toys you can put money in to sit in too. There's also baby changing facilities and childrens/toddlers toilets too. 
The toilets are on level 2, although there are quite a few of them in one block its a shame they haven't dotted some across the other side of the centre instead of having them all in one place but they are always being cleaned and have soap and quality hand driers too. There's one disabled toilet there too. 
The car park attached is approx 8 levels high all but 1 under a roof and has spaces left allocated for parent and child and disabled spaces too. There is a coin ticket paying system for the car park where you're given the coin then pay for it in the machine before leaving the shopping centre.

Changed a few times over the years but it's most recent facelift has breathed new life into the centre. Great selection of shops, and is very clean and tidy. The help desk is a great addition and most of the stores are well staffed and have a great range of products.

Although superseded by Fremlins Walk but by no means a waste of time, there are still plenty of shops worth visiting here given you don't find them elsewhere on the High Street. There are also a few good eateries and cafés here which have been running for more than a decade. A recent face lift has significantly improved then previously tired look of the place and it now boasts various limited time displays including Santa's Grotto at Christmas time. Definitely worth a look if you're visiting or shopping in Maidstone.

Good range of shops in this shopping centre. If you need to use lifts to change floors note that there is only one small lift at the opposite end to the car park but 3 larger lifts at the car park end.
