A number of shops, a free soft play area for children that could be a good thing in the rainy days. There are some places to eat but mostly fastfood. The parking is ample and there is a big Sainsbury's just next to the mall
It’s quite a decent shopping centre with lots of stores with parking and access to high street . I loved the mall but lot of shops are closed and didn’t find much big brands.

Could do with another set of toilets facilities on the King's Street side maybe.nn2022 updated visit and not a huge amount has changed, but have a few more interesting shake and bubble tea options available now, along with small and interesting art and stalls all of, which earn The Mall an extra . When more shops fill the centre, it'll earn another star
I absolutely love visiting our local mall in Maidstone! It truly has everything you need, from fantastic shopping options to a great variety of dining choices. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I appreciate how clean and well-maintained the entire place is. The staff at the stores are always friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Absolutely disgraceful security guards. Today in the mall I was walking through with a group of my friends with skateboardsnot riding them and then a security guard of yours had assaulted me, he was again, dark hair and abut 5'5, he agressivly layed his hands on me and had grabbed my shirt causing a mark to be made on my arm, he then proceeded to shove me hard which made me fall over and injure myself. Absolutely unacceptable, get this awful man gone
