A small range of large name shops. Easy to locate, however the parking at key times is appalling! For the number of stores at the size they are, there is just inadequate parking available. When I visit I park in Maidstone town centre & walk across the river. It's a nice little walk & not too far. When I visit, I often find cars queueing up StPeter's Street, blocking all traffic trying to pass through the area. The car park is monitored CCTV cameras & parking fines enforced by a private company. If you can't get out of the car park in time, I've heard of people getting fined for just sitting in traffic. The site consists of several individual units, no single building.

Good stores, Asda home, the range, hobby shop etc it's normally very busy especially at weekends can mean waiting for a parking space at times.

As one of the remaining DIY stores left in the area I visit Wickes regularly now. They have everything you could need for an at home project, although I feel there isn’t the selection in colours in the paints I had seen elsewhere previously.
Wickes could make the transition from a more trade clientele to domestic or providing generally more for both.wickes have a kitchen design department which actually works quite smoothly, there are a broad range of baths and showers ; including enclosures.
The shop is fully accessible, staff are generally easy to find for support.
