Modern and clean with a wide variety of stores. Has added to Maidstone's great shopping experience. Most of the stores are generally on the higher end of high street prices, although it is dotted with the odd value brand. Good coffee shops and now and again the centre is filled with pop up food and entertainment stores usually offering amazing foreign cuisine or items you couldn't buy from the other stores. Christmas is also great here, well lit up, and almost all the stores are dressed for the season.

Great set of shops and an easy shopping trip if you need retail therapy. Lots of eateries and coffee shops to take s break too. Security are visible if you need assistance and it’s very clean and tidy.

Town centre shopping with all major shops around with step free access. Nicely outstanding from the rest of the town centre at Maidstone. Restaurants and bars are just a minute walk away and Maidstone East Station isn't longer walk then five minutes walk. Clean and tidy.

Keeps improving. Hosts some high end retailers all side by side so very convenient. Can get busy at weekends but that's to be expected. Always clean and tidy. Parking expensive though.

Lots of shops, good variety. Outside food and drink stands too. Plenty of parking. Clean restrooms.
